Show allAllSkin overview
In Battle-Scarred the white and rust stripes are heavily broken up by bare metal, especially on the magazine, rails and stock edges. The rust tones blend with the worn spots, giving the rifle a weathered, scrapyard look rather than a clean pattern. It is the most budget-friendly way to own this design.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The finish is a white base covered with dense, wavy rust-brown stripes that run across the handguard, receiver, pistol grip, magazine and skeleton stock. The stripes curve and bend around each part, so no two sections repeat the same shape.
Large areas of paint are gone, especially on the magazine, rails, sight and stock. Bare metal mixes with the remaining rust stripes, giving a heavily weathered look. In game the pattern reads more as texture than as clear stripes. Some sections of the receiver and handguard still hold enough paint to show the original design.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.75
The whole float range of Galil AR | Akoben is 0–0.75; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.75 segment (40% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Which stickers suit it
Stickers in brown, orange, cream or gold tones blend with the rust-and-white stripes. Dark or black stickers on the receiver side stand out cleanly against the busy pattern, while very bright multicolour designs tend to clash with it.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the lower end keep noticeably cleaner edges.
- Look at the magazine, top rails and front sight first, as these parts lose paint before the rest of the rifle.
- Inspect the white base on the receiver sides, because dulling there changes the contrast of the whole skin.
- Check for applied stickers and a name tag, which can change how the striped pattern reads.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Players looking for the lowest-cost entry to this skin.
- Those who like a heavily weathered, scrapyard style.
- Best for budget play rather than for showing off the pattern.
