Skin overview

Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler is a Covert pistol whose slide carries a deep marbled candy finish in blue, teal and green over a dark base, with a bright green glow at the muzzle end. In Factory New the coating is unbroken, so the colours keep their full depth and the marble veins stay sharp from front to rear. The grey frame and grip are left plain, which makes the coloured slide the clear focus.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Appearance in Factory New

The finish covers the slide: a dark marbled base with blue, teal and green tones flowing over it under a glossy candy coat, brightening to a vivid green near the muzzle. The frame, trigger guard and textured grip stay in plain grey polymer and do not change with wear. The marble pattern shifts in placement between copies, so the balance of blue and green on the visible side of the slide differs. On worn copies the coating thins first on the slide edges, the top of the slide, the muzzle end and the rear serrations, showing lighter metal underneath.

The candy coat is intact across the whole slide, with no marks on the edges or the muzzle end. The marble veins are crisp and the blue-to-green shift looks deep and glossy. In game the slide reads as a solid band of saturated colour. The grey frame is clean, as it is on every grade.

The whole float range of Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler is 0–0.5; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (14% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The 2021 Train Collection with 17 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
