Glock-18 | Gamma Doppler (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

The Gamma Doppler finish puts a dark marbled pattern under a glossy blue-green candy layer on the Glock-18 slide. In Field-Tested the colours are still strong, but the edges of the slide and the muzzle end begin to show lighter metal where the coating has thinned. From normal view distance the skin keeps its colourful character.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The finish covers the slide: a dark marbled base with blue, teal and green tones flowing over it under a glossy candy coat, brightening to a vivid green near the muzzle. The frame, trigger guard and textured grip stay in plain grey polymer and do not change with wear.

Scratches become visible along the slide edges, the front of the slide and the rear serrations, where lighter metal starts to show. The top surface may have light scuffs, while the flat side panels keep most of their colour. At normal distance the skin still looks colourful, with wear noticeable when the pistol is drawn or inspected. The frame stays unchanged.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

Which stickers suit it

Holographic and foil stickers in blue, green or silver match the candy colours of the slide. Placement on the slide works best, as the plain grey frame adds little to the craft. Warm reds and oranges contrast sharply and suit only a deliberate high-contrast craft.

What to look at before you buy

• Look at how the blue and green tones fall on the visible side of the slide, since the pattern placement differs between copies.
• Check the slide edges and the muzzle end first, as these lose the coating earliest.
• Compare the float position within the grade, because low-float copies of a grade can look noticeably cleaner.
• For Souvenir copies, check that the pre-applied stickers suit the colours of the slide.

Who should buy Field-Tested

• Players who want the colourful pistol in hand and do not inspect it closely.
• Buyers looking for the best balance of colour and price.
• A practical grade for everyday play.
