Show allAllSkin overview
This is a monochrome M4A4 finish built from black, silver and white, with no loud colours to lose as it ages. At Well-Worn the edges and raised parts show clear bare metal and the white markings start to break up. The result looks like a rifle that has seen long service, which fits the theme of the skin.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The receiver is painted matte black-grey, with a white circular emblem on the magazine well and small white lettering on the upper receiver. The handguard rail covers are a lighter silver-grey with pronounced ribs, contrasting with the dark barrel, front sight and flash hider.
Bare silver metal is clearly visible on all edges, the handguard ribs and the magazine, and wear spreads onto the receiver and stock corners. The white graphics are partly rubbed off and lose their outlines. In game the rifle looks visibly used, with a patchy dark and silver surface. Recessed areas and the centre of flat panels still keep the matte paint.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of M4A4 | Dark Operative is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

Which stickers suit it
Black, white, silver and grey stickers keep the monochrome look intact, and holo or foil in silver tones adds accent without breaking the style. Place them on the receiver or stock rather than over the white emblem on the magazine well.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low value in a grade means cleaner edges and markings.
- Look at the white emblem on the magazine well, as it is the main graphic detail and shows wear clearly.
- Inspect the handguard ribs and magazine edges, which lose paint first.
- For Souvenir copies, check that the applied stickers suit the dark, monochrome finish.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who like a used, service-weapon look.
- Budget buyers who still want visible dark paint on the body.
- A good fit for those who prefer character over cleanliness.
