Show allAllSkin overview
This MAC-10 carries a grayscale camouflage of cream-white paint and jagged dark streaks that look like snow kicked across the metal. At Minimal Wear the look stays almost identical to Factory New, with at most tiny chips on the sharpest edges. It gives practically the same clean appearance at a slightly lower grade.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The receiver is covered in a cream-white coat with thin dark grey lines and angular splashes running along its flat sides. The magazine continues the pattern with larger jagged black and grey marks, while the barrel shroud and muzzle stay dark.
Small chips may appear on the very edges of the receiver and around the muzzle. They are dark and thin, so they tend to blend with the dark lines of the pattern. At normal viewing distance the skin looks the same as Factory New. The flat sides, magazine and sling remain clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of MAC-10 | Snow Splash is 0–0.6; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (13% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
MAC-10 | Snow Splash belongs to The Achroma Collection, which holds 20 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Among 9 skins of the MAC-10 in the Industrial Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 8th by price, counting from the dearest.
Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Black, white, grey and silver stickers match the grayscale pattern and keep the winter camo look intact. A single colour accent such as red or ice blue on the receiver side can work well against the pale base. Placements on the flat side of the receiver are the most visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since chipping on the receiver edges and magazine grows steadily toward the dirtier end.
- Look at the bottom of the magazine and the muzzle area first, as these spots lose paint earliest.
- Souvenir copies exist, so check whether the offer already has stickers applied and whether they suit you.
- Review any stickers and name tag, because they stand out strongly against the light base.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Buyers who want a nearly identical look to Factory New at a lower grade.
- Players who will not notice tiny edge chips in a match.
- Conclusion: a sensible balance of clean appearance and cost.
