MAC-10 | Stalker (Well-Worn)

Skin overview

This Gunsmith skin is built on strong contrasts: orange and yellow paint, black and blue stripes and a blue cat image. At Well-Worn the paint is broken in many places, with bare metal coming through on the edges, the top of the receiver and the magazine. From the first-person view the warm colours and stripes still carry the look of the skin.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The receiver is painted in orange and yellow with dense dark spots and curved neon blue stripes running along the side, and a stylised blue cat with pink details sits towards the rear, next to magenta lettering. The barrel shroud, sights and top rail stay dark, which frames the bright artwork.

Large patches of paint are gone from the receiver edges, the top surface and the magazine, and metal shows through in many places. The grip is worn at the corners and along the front. The cat drawing is still recognisable but parts of it are broken by scratches. In game the orange and blue colouring still defines the gun, though it looks clearly used.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

StatTrak™ and Souvenir

This skin has a the StatTrak™ version with a kill counter. Right now it is 1.5× dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in blue, yellow or black follow the colour scheme of the finish and blend with the stripes. Holo or neon blue stickers placed on the receiver away from the cat drawing keep the main image visible. Pink or magenta accents can echo the details of the cat and the lettering.

• Look at where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in a worn grade can keep the cat image much cleaner.
• Inspect the cat drawing on the side of the receiver, as it is the focal point of the artwork.
• Check the edges of the receiver and the magazine, which are the first places where paint wears off.
• Note any stickers or name tag already applied and whether they suit your plans for the skin.
