Show allAllSkin overview
Dune Asp is a desert-toned MP9 skin built around a snake drawn in white calligraphic strokes. At Well-Worn the paint has visible losses on the grips, magazine and stock, and the darker material underneath breaks up the sand colour. The look becomes rough and used, closer to a field tool than a showpiece.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The whole MP9 is painted in a tan base with white, brush-like strokes and thinner brown lines that wind across the receiver and form the body of a snake. The pattern continues over the vertical foregrip, the pistol grip and the long magazine, where the strokes run in looser curved bands.
The grips, the magazine and the stock lose larger areas of paint, and the darker material shows through in clear patches. White strokes on the receiver begin to break up at the edges and around the trigger guard. In game the gun looks noticeably patchy, with the sand colour interrupted by dark spots. The snake is still recognisable on the flat sides of the receiver.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of MP9 | Dune Asp is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Arabesque Collection with 17 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in sand, brown, cream or muted gold tones blend with the desert palette, while a single black or dark brown sticker echoes the rail and muzzle. Placing them on the flat side of the receiver behind the snake's strokes keeps the main artwork readable.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low float in a grade keeps more of the white strokes on the grips and magazine.
- Look at the bottom of the magazine and the ribbed grips first, as these lose paint before the receiver does.
- See how much of the snake is visible on the receiver side in the inspect view, because pattern placement shifts the strokes across the body.
- Check any applied stickers and name tag, as they change how the sand palette reads.
Who the Well-Worn quality suits
- Players who prefer a rough, used look on their CT SMG.
- Buyers who want this finish as a low-cost entry into the skin.
- A practical choice if patchy grips and magazine do not bother you.
