Show allAllSkin overview
R8 Revolver | Canal Spray covers the revolver in a muted teal coat with short diagonal bursts of blue spray paint, and the dark frame shows through at the edges. In Factory New the teal stays even across the frame and grip, so the spray strokes and the contrast with the silver muzzle and cylinder read cleanly. This grade sits in a narrow band at the very start of the skin's range.
Item type: pistol. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Factory New
The frame and barrel shroud are coated in a dusty teal with short diagonal blue spray strokes, while the dark base metal shows along the top rail, the ejector rod housing and the edges of the frame. The muzzle and the chamber ends of the cylinder stay bare silver, which gives the front of the revolver a light accent against the cool paint. The grip carries the same teal with a speckled, mottled texture and deeper shading in the finger grooves. On worn copies paint leaves first from the top rail, the muzzle edge, the cylinder flutes, the hammer and the trigger guard, then from the raised grip ridges.
The teal coat is intact on the frame, barrel and grip, and the spray strokes keep their sharp outline. Only the intended dark metal at the edges and the silver muzzle and cylinder break the colour. In game the revolver reads as a clean, uniform blue-green. There is nothing to compare between copies beyond float position.
Factory New quality — float range 0.06–0.07
The float of R8 Revolver | Canal Spray ranges from 0.06 to 0.6; the Factory New quality covers 0.06–0.07 — 2% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Canals Collection with 18 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Price by quality
Among 7 skins of the R8 Revolver in the Consumer Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
Souvenir version
There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Blue, teal, silver and white stickers keep the cool palette, while a single orange or gold sticker gives a clear accent against the blue-green. Placements on the frame side above the trigger stay visible without covering the spray strokes.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the top rail and muzzle edges show the difference first.
- Look at the cylinder and hammer, which lose paint early on worn copies.
- On Souvenir copies, check which pre-applied stickers are on the revolver and how they sit on the teal coat.
- Check for a name tag or applied stickers if you plan your own craft.
Who the Factory New quality suits
- Collectors who want the cleanest version of a simple teal finish.
- Sticker crafters who need an even, unworn background.
- Conclusion: the pick for a fully clean look.
