Skin overview

This Sawed-Off finish is built from light beige paint and blurry sage-green spray patches over the whole body. At Well-Worn the camouflage looks noticeably weathered: edges and raised parts show darker metal, while the flat areas still hold the pale colours. The result is a dusty, battered look that suits the rough spray-paint style.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The base of the finish is a light sandy beige, covered with soft, blurred sage-green and grey patches that run across the barrel shroud, receiver and stock. The ribbed pump fore-end and the muzzle carry warmer reddish-brown streaks, and the butt of the stock has a similar rusty tint.

The muzzle and fore-end lose a large part of their paint, and the ribs show mostly bare metal. Wear spreads along the receiver edges, the top of the barrel shroud and the end of the stock. The centre of the receiver and stock sides still carry faded camouflage. In game the gun reads as dusty and weathered.

Muted stickers in sand, olive, brown or off-white blend into the desert palette. Placements on the receiver side work best, as the beige there gives a calm background. A single dark or rusty-red sticker can echo the warm streaks on the fore-end.

• Look at the muzzle and the fore-end ribs, as they show wear first on this finish.
• Do not pay extra for pattern, since the random spray marks make copies look nearly identical.
• Check whether the copy is a Souvenir, as that version carries tournament stickers applied at drop.
• Compare floats within the grade, because a low float in Field-Tested looks close to Minimal Wear.
