Souvenir AK-47 | Elite Build (Battle-Scarred)

Skin overview

Battle-Scarred turns Elite Build into a rough, scraped rifle where the orange trim survives only in fragments. Because the base colours are black and grey, the wear blends in rather than clashing, and the weapon still looks coherent. It is the most affordable way to carry this design.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver is finished in dark gunmetal with a smoky grey hydrographic texture, carrying small orange stencilled emblems on the dust cover and side. The handguard, pistol grip and stock are matte black, with thin orange lines running along the edges of the stock and handguard.

Only fragments of the orange lines remain, and the magazine and stock edges are heavily scraped. The receiver is covered in worn patches, and the stencilled decals are faint or missing. The black base hides part of the damage on flat surfaces. In game it looks like a rough, heavily used rifle, though the dark overall scheme stays recognisable.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1

The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Elite Build is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Chroma 2 Collection with 15 skins in total.

The source is Chroma 2 Case (on sale since Apr 15, 2015).

What it costs in each quality

Among 5 skins of the AK-47 in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 2nd by price, counting from the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in orange, copper, gold or black match the finish and continue its trim lines. Placing them on the receiver side near the existing emblems keeps the composition tidy, while bright multicolour stickers tend to break the restrained look.

What to check before buying

• Look at where the float sits within the wear range, since the orange trim changes noticeably between the low and high end of a grade.
• Inspect the orange edges of the magazine and stock, as they lose paint first.
• Check the stencilled emblems on the receiver and the text on the magazine for fading.
• Review applied stickers and name tags, because they change how the dark finish reads.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

• Budget buyers looking for the lowest entry into this skin.
• Players who enjoy a rough, battle-worn rifle.
• Conclusion: the most affordable option for those who accept heavy wear.
