Show allAllSkin overview
In Well-Worn the copper lines become broken and patchy, and the gunmetal of the receiver shows lighter scraped areas. The dark furniture hides much of the damage, so the rifle keeps its serious, tactical character. It reads as a heavily used service weapon rather than a showpiece.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The receiver is finished in dark gunmetal with a smoky grey hydrographic texture, carrying small orange stencilled emblems on the dust cover and side. The handguard, pistol grip and stock are matte black, with thin orange lines running along the edges of the stock and handguard.
Large parts of the orange trim are scraped away, leaving only segments on the stock and handguard. The receiver shows clear lighter patches where the hydrographic layer has worn through. The magazine text and emblems are partly erased. The rifle still reads as dark and coherent, but the copper accents no longer frame it cleanly.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir AK-47 | Elite Build is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Chroma 2 Collection with 15 skins in total.
The source is Chroma 2 Case (on sale since Apr 15, 2015).
What it costs in each quality
Among 6 skins of the AK-47 in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in orange, copper, gold or black match the finish and continue its trim lines. Placing them on the receiver side near the existing emblems keeps the composition tidy, while bright multicolour stickers tend to break the restrained look.
What to check before buying
- Look at where the float sits within the wear range, since the orange trim changes noticeably between the low and high end of a grade.
- Inspect the orange edges of the magazine and stock, as they lose paint first.
- Check the stencilled emblems on the receiver and the text on the magazine for fading.
- Review applied stickers and name tags, because they change how the dark finish reads.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players on a budget who like the tactical, used look.
- Those who want this design and care little about the copper details.
- Conclusion: a cheaper way in with visible but tolerable wear.
