Souvenir AK-47 | X-Ray (Factory New)

Skin overview

AK-47 | X-Ray paints the rifle as if seen under a scanner: a warm orange and amber body with the internal mechanism showing through in darker red silhouettes. In Factory New the glow is even across the whole rifle, and the outlines of the cartridges in the magazine and the parts inside the receiver stay crisp. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the X-ray effect exactly as designed.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Factory New

The whole rifle is covered in a translucent orange and amber layer that imitates an X-ray image, with the internal parts drawn in darker red and maroon tones. On the receiver you can see the outlines of the mechanism inside, and the curved magazine shows a stack of cartridges as if through its walls.

The amber layer is uniform from muzzle to stock, with no marks on the edges. All internal outlines, including the cartridges in the magazine, are sharp. In game the rifle reads as a clean glowing scan from any distance.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in orange, gold, red or black blend well with the amber body and keep the warm palette intact. Placing them along the receiver or the handguard works best, as the magazine carries the most recognisable part of the X-ray artwork. Holographic or gold stickers echo the glow of the finish.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float keeps the internal outlines noticeably cleaner.
• Look closely at the magazine and handguard edges, which lose paint first and carry most of the X-ray detail.
• Inspect the receiver top for scuffs that cut into the mechanism outlines.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag and whether they suit the orange palette.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the X-ray effect without any marks.
• Sticker crafters who need a perfectly clean base.
• The choice for those who want the finish exactly as designed.
