Souvenir AWP | PAW (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

AWP | PAW is recognisable by its warm, crowded pattern of felines and dogs, with the red-scarfed character among them. In Field-Tested the edges of the stock and handguard start to show scuffs, yet the overall orange-brown mass of the design still reads clearly in game. The busy artwork works in its favour here, as moderate wear blends into the pattern rather than breaking it.

Item type: sniper rifle. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The finish covers the receiver, handguard, grip, magazine area and stock with a dense collage of cartoon cats, dogs and a creature in a red scarf. The palette is dominated by orange, rust brown and red, with dark outlines and scattered green and teal highlights that break up the warm mass.

Scuffs become visible along the edges of the stock, the butt, the cheek rest and the underside of the handguard, and the corners near the magazine start to wear. The colours lose a little of their depth but the animals are still easy to recognise. At normal distance the rifle reads as a warm, busy pattern with only light wear. The receiver sides and the middle of the stock remain largely clean.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Warm stickers in orange, red and gold blend with the pattern, while teal or green accents echo the small cool highlights in the artwork. Animal-themed or cartoon-style stickers suit the theme, and the plain dark barrel area gives a calm background for a single contrasting sticker.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, as copies at the low end of a grade look noticeably cleaner on the stock edges.
• Inspect the butt, cheek rest and underside of the handguard, since these parts lose paint first.
• Look at applied stickers and their condition, as scraped stickers change the look of the busy body.
• Check for a name tag if you care how the item is listed in your inventory.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Players who want the recognisable warm pattern and accept light edge wear.
• Buyers who know that the busy artwork hides moderate scuffs well.
• Conclusion: a practical everyday AWP that still looks colourful.
