Skin overview
Hexane keeps the CZ75-Auto in a calm blue tone, with the honeycomb motif concentrated on the slide where red and darker blue cells alternate. At Minimal Wear the difference from a fresh copy comes down to small marks on edges that are hard to spot in game. It offers nearly the same look as the cleanest grade at a lower step.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The receiver, frame, trigger guard and grip are painted in a flat steel-blue with a slightly dusty tone. The slide carries the hexagon hydrographic: red outlined cells on the upper surface mixed with darker blue hexagons along the sides.
Tiny scuffs may appear on the muzzle end and the lower edge of the magazine. The slide pattern stays fully intact and the red stays saturated. At normal distance it is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. The grip and frame look clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Hexane ranges from 0 to 0.4; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 20% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Hexane belongs to The eSports 2014 Summer Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is eSports 2014 Summer Case (on sale since Jul 9, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Red or red-and-black stickers echo the hexagon lines on the slide, while dark blue, grey or holographic silver stickers blend with the plain body. The flat side of the frame and the long magazine give room for a row of stickers without covering the pattern.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies at the cleaner end of a grade show fewer scuffs on the slide edges.
- Look at the top of the slide, because the red hexagons there carry most of the skin's look.
- Inspect the magazine base and muzzle, which wear first on this finish.
- Note any stickers or name tag already applied, as they change the look and value of the copy.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafters who accept marks that are invisible in game.
- Conclusion: almost Factory New appearance at a step lower.
