Skin overview

CZ75-Auto | Red Astor is a hand-painted Gunsmith finish in deep glossy red with white accents along the slide. In Factory New the red lacquer is unbroken and keeps its full depth, and the white bands on the slide stay crisp against it. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the paint exactly as the artist laid it out.

Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The slide, the extended barrel and the long magazine are painted in a deep, glossy metallic red. Light grey and white bands run diagonally along the slide, giving it a fast, striped profile.

The red paint is complete on the slide, barrel and magazine, with an even gloss and no exposed metal. The white bands on the slide have clean borders. The steel frame and black grip panels look untouched. In game the pistol reads as a solid, bright red piece.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Red Astor is 0–1; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Chroma 3 Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Chroma 3 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

White, silver and black stickers continue the slide accents without fighting the red. Red or gold holo stickers placed on the slide or the frame give a tonal, unified craft. Strongly saturated greens or blues will stand out against the red and suit only a deliberate contrast.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the edges of the slide and magazine show the difference first.
  • Look at the muzzle, the magazine base and the front edge of the magazine on inspect, as these lose paint earliest.
  • Check whether the white bands on the slide are still clean or already scuffed.
  • Review any applied stickers and name tag so they match the red-and-white scheme you want.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the red lacquer and white bands without any marks.
  • Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a tonal red or white build.
  • The choice for those who want the finish exactly as painted.
