Skin overview

The skin pairs a polished red body with white stripe shapes on the slide and darker steel on the frame. Minimal Wear keeps that look almost intact, with only faint marks on the sharpest edges that are hard to spot in game. It offers nearly the same clean red pistol as the top grade at a lower step in condition.

Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The slide, the extended barrel and the long magazine are painted in a deep, glossy metallic red. Light grey and white bands run diagonally along the slide, giving it a fast, striped profile.

Small specks may appear on the sharpest edges, such as the muzzle and the magazine base. The large red surfaces and the white bands remain clean. At normal distance the difference from Factory New is barely noticeable. The frame and grip still look fresh.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Red Astor ranges from 0 to 1; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 8% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir CZ75-Auto | Red Astor belongs to The Chroma 3 Collection, which holds 17 skins.

The source is Chroma 3 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

White, silver and black stickers continue the slide accents without fighting the red. Red or gold holo stickers placed on the slide or the frame give a tonal, unified craft. Strongly saturated greens or blues will stand out against the red and suit only a deliberate contrast.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the edges of the slide and magazine show the difference first.
  • Look at the muzzle, the magazine base and the front edge of the magazine on inspect, as these lose paint earliest.
  • Check whether the white bands on the slide are still clean or already scuffed.
  • Review any applied stickers and name tag so they match the red-and-white scheme you want.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want an almost clean red pistol and do not need the top grade.
  • Crafters who accept faint edge marks in exchange for a lower condition step.
  • A sensible middle ground between appearance and cost.
