Skin overview
This Desert Eagle carries a halftone fan pattern in teal and tan, laid over the whole gun except the brown grip panel. In Well-Worn the paint has thinned on the front of the slide and along the edges, and the dark base shows through more often. The colour scheme is still recognisable, but the gun looks used rather than fresh.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The slide, frame and barrel are covered in a halftone pattern of overlapping fan shapes in mint teal and pale tan, separated by a dark brown base that also fills the gaps between the fans. The barrel section seen through the ejection port and the top of the slide stay solid brown, while the hammer, slide stop and backstrap pick up a lighter mint tone.
The front half of the slide and the muzzle are noticeably rubbed, and the brown base shows through the mint and tan in larger areas. The edges of the frame, the trigger guard and the hammer are clearly worn. The pattern is still recognisable on the central slide and frame, and the grip panel holds up better than the metal parts.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir Desert Eagle | Mint Fan ranges from 0 to 0.6; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 12% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir Desert Eagle | Mint Fan belongs to The Ascent Collection, which holds 28 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Price by quality
By price this skin is 4th of 8 skins Mil-Spec Grade Desert Eagle in this quality (the first being the dearest).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in teal, mint, cream or brown tones blend with the fan pattern, while gold or copper accents work well against the brown base. Placing stickers on the rear of the slide keeps the most visible part of the pattern open.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within its wear range, since copies near the upper end of a grade show more rubbing on the slide front.
- Look at the muzzle, slide edges and hammer on the inspect screen, as these parts lose colour first.
- Souvenir versions exist, so check whether the copy carries souvenir stickers and whether they suit you.
- Review any applied stickers and name tag, because they stay with the item.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who still want the teal and brown fans to be recognisable.
- Players who like a used, rubbed look on a pistol.
- Conclusion: a cheaper option with visible but moderate wear.
