Skin overview

The skin is built on contrast: cool silver steel against warm bronze engraving and ivory grips. Minimal Wear keeps that contrast almost untouched, with only faint marks that are hard to spot outside close inspection. For most buyers it gives the same overall look as the cleanest grade at a more relaxed entry point.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The slides and barrels are finished in light polished steel, while the frames are covered in bronze-toned metal with dense ornamental engraving and a fine checkered texture at the front. The grips are a pale bone or ivory colour with a round engraved medallion in the centre.

Faint light marks may appear on the slide edges and muzzles, usually only visible up close. The bronze frames and engraving remain crisp, and the grips keep their pale colour. At normal distance in game the skin is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. The frames, grips and medallions still look clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir Dual Berettas | Cartel is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir Dual Berettas | Cartel belongs to The Wildfire Collection, which holds 16 skins.

The source is Operation Wildfire Case.

What it costs in each quality

Among 3 skins of the Dual Berettas in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the most affordable.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, bronze and brown stickers blend with the engraved frames, while black or cream tones sit well against the steel and pale grips. Ornate or vintage-style designs match the engraved theme better than bright neon ones. Placing stickers on the plain steel slides keeps the engraved frames visible.

What to check before buying

  • Look at where the float sits within the wear range, since the slide edges and muzzles change noticeably between low and high floats of the same grade.
  • Check the inspect view for how much the bronze engraving has darkened, as this defines the character of the skin.
  • Look at the grips, because their pale colour shows darkening clearly on more worn copies.
  • Check any applied stickers and name tag, since they change the overall look of the ornate finish.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a near-pristine look without paying for the cleanest grade.
  • Sticker crafters who are fine with marks that only show up close.
  • Conclusion: a sensible balance of clean appearance and cost.
