Skin overview

Five-SeveN | Boost Protocol is a Restricted Gunsmith finish that pairs a dark slide with a white frame and sharp red accents. The word BOOST runs along the front of the slide, and a small robot icon beneath the rear sight matches the art on the slide. In Factory New the white frame stays bright and the red lines and gradient read crisp and evenly saturated.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The slide is dark grey and black, with red BOOST lettering near the muzzle, a red front sight and thin grey line graphics along its length. Toward the rear the slide turns into a red-to-pink gradient crossed by angular black chevrons.

The white frame is clean, with no grey spots or scratches. The red gradient on the rear slide and the BOOST lettering keep full saturation and sharp outlines. In game the pistol shows a bright, high-contrast silhouette. Every small line and the robot icon are fully intact.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir Five-SeveN | Boost Protocol is 0–0.41; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (17% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Operation Riptide Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Operation Riptide Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Red, white and black stickers continue the existing scheme and suit the white frame well. Holo or foil stickers in red or silver match the mecha theme without breaking the contrast.

What to check before buying

  • Look at the white frame first, since it shows scuffs before any other part.
  • Check the slide edges and the muzzle area for rubbed spots on Minimal Wear and Field-Tested copies.
  • Compare the float within the grade, as low-float Field-Tested copies stay much cleaner than high ones.
  • Check applied stickers and the name tag, and whether a StatTrak™ or Souvenir version fits your goal.

Who should buy Factory New

  • Collectors who want the white frame and red graphics without any marks.
  • Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a coordinated look.
  • A choice for those who want the skin exactly as designed.
