Souvenir Five-SeveN | Flame Test (Factory New)

Skin overview

Five-SeveN | Flame Test is a pistol for the counter-terrorist side with a dark purple slide and a stylised flame running back from the muzzle. In Factory New the metal flake in the purple base keeps its full sheen, and the flame outline stays crisp along the whole top of the slide. The grey frame and grip stay neutral, so all attention goes to the coloured slide.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The finish is concentrated on the slide: a deep purple base with metal flake that darkens towards the muzzle end. On the front part of the slide a stylised flame shape runs back from the muzzle, outlined against the dark base.

The purple slide is uniform, and the metal flake gives an even sheen from front to back. The flame motif has sharp, clean edges along the whole top of the slide. In game the slide reads as a solid saturated purple with a clear flame shape. Frame and grip look like new grey polymer.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir Five-SeveN | Flame Test is 0–0.65; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (11% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Clutch Collection with 17 skins in total.

It drops from Clutch Case.

What it costs in each quality

By price this skin is 3rd of 10 skins Mil-Spec Grade Five-SeveN in this quality (the first being the dearest).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Silver, holo and violet stickers sit well with the purple flake slide and repeat the silver flame idea. Black or dark purple designs keep the look restrained, while placements on the rear of the slide or the grey frame avoid covering the flame.

What to look at before you buy

• Look at the front edge of the slide and the muzzle, since wear on this skin starts there.
• Check how clear the flame outline is, because it defines the look more than any other detail.
• Compare float position within the wear grade, as copies near the lower end keep more of the flake sheen.
• Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir and whether it carries stickers or a name tag.

Who should buy Factory New

• Collectors who want the flame and metal flake in their sharpest form.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean purple base for silver or holo combinations.
• Choose this wear if a flawless slide matters to you.
