Show allAllSkin overview
This finish relies on contrast between metallic blue and dark grey, and in Well-Worn that contrast becomes rougher. The paint is clearly broken on the edges of the magazine, handguard and stock. The blue identity of the skin still holds at a glance.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The receiver, barrel shroud and front sight are painted metallic blue with darker blue shading and pale highlights along the edges. The handguard is dark grey and ribbed, framed by bright blue rings and trim.
The paint is broken along most edges: the magazine, handguard trim, top rail and stock corners all show dark metal. Scratches spread onto the receiver sides. In game the blue looks patchy and less glossy. The flat central areas still carry enough colour to keep the scheme recognisable.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir Galil AR | Stone Cold is 0–0.9; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (8% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Shadow Collection with 16 skins in total.
The source is Shadow Case (on sale since Sep 15, 2015).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Blue, silver, white and holo stickers match the cold metallic scheme. Placements on the receiver above the magazine work best, as the blue there is the largest uninterrupted area.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, because low floats in Field-Tested and Well-Worn keep noticeably more blue on the edges.
- Inspect the magazine edges, the muzzle and the handguard rings, since these lose paint first.
- Look at whether the designer's mark on the stock is still intact on more worn copies.
- Review any applied stickers and name tag, and decide whether you want a StatTrak™ or Souvenir version.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who still want the colour scheme recognisable.
- Players who like a patchy, used finish.
- Conclusion: a cheaper option that keeps the main look.
