Skin overview

Bock Blocks is a playful custom paint job built from stacked shapes in pink and violet over a dark gunmetal base. In Field-Tested the scuffs collect on the edges of the magazine box and on the top of the receiver, while the side panels keep the full pattern. From normal distance in game the colours still read bright and clear.

Item type: machinegun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver is covered in pink and lilac blocks with dark circles, stripes and rows of dots, while the barrel and small hardware stay dark gunmetal. The box magazine carries the most striking part of the design: a purple and pink checkerboard with a large concentric target on its side.

Scuffs become visible on the edges of the magazine box, the top of the receiver and the end of the stock. The checkerboard loses some sharpness at the corners, and small grey spots show through the pink. In game the design still reads clearly as pink and purple blocks. The centre of the side panels and the target circle stay mostly clean.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir M249 | Bock Blocks ranges from 0 to 1; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 23% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Dead Hand Collection with 17 skins in total.

It drops from Sealed Dead Hand Terminal.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Pink, purple, black and holographic stickers blend with the palette, while simple geometric or pastel designs keep the block theme intact. The flat side of the receiver above the magazine is the most visible spot for placement.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies at the clean end look noticeably better.
  • Inspect the corners of the magazine box, as the checkerboard and target lose paint there first.
  • Look at the top of the receiver and the end of the stock for grey metal showing through the pink.
  • Check for applied stickers or a name tag, which can change how the weapon looks in inspect.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who mainly see the skin in game, where the colours still read bright.
  • Buyers who want the full pink and purple look at a moderate cost.
  • A practical everyday option.
