Show allAllSkin overview
The skin is easy to spot by its purple checkerboard box magazine with a large target-like circle on the side. In Minimal Wear the graphic looks practically the same as a fresh copy, with only small marks that are hard to find without close inspection. It is a sensible way to get a near-clean look while giving up the top grade.
Item type: machinegun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The receiver is covered in pink and lilac blocks with dark circles, stripes and rows of dots, while the barrel and small hardware stay dark gunmetal. The box magazine carries the most striking part of the design: a purple and pink checkerboard with a large concentric target on its side.
Tiny specks may appear on the corners of the magazine box and on the dark barrel. They are barely visible even when inspecting the weapon. At normal distance in game the skin reads the same as Factory New. The side panels, handguard and stock remain clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir M249 | Bock Blocks ranges from 0 to 1; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 8% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Dead Hand Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Sealed Dead Hand Terminal.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Pink, purple, black and holographic stickers blend with the palette, while simple geometric or pastel designs keep the block theme intact. The flat side of the receiver above the magazine is the most visible spot for placement.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since copies at the clean end look noticeably better.
- Inspect the corners of the magazine box, as the checkerboard and target lose paint there first.
- Look at the top of the receiver and the end of the stock for grey metal showing through the pink.
- Check for applied stickers or a name tag, which can change how the weapon looks in inspect.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafters who accept marks that are barely visible.
- A balanced pick between appearance and cost.
