Souvenir M4A4 | Asiimov (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

M4A4 | Asiimov is a Covert rifle finish with a sci-fi look: white panels, bright orange stripes and black geometric inserts across the whole weapon. Field-Tested is the cleanest grade this skin comes in, so the white still reads as white and the orange accents stay sharp. Scuffs show mostly along edges and the magazine.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver and handguard are painted white, crossed by orange bands near the barrel nut and over the upper receiver, with dark grey and black sections breaking up the surfaces. The magazine is white with an orange lower edge and small black and orange triangle markings, and the same triangle motif appears on the receiver and the stock.

Light scratches appear on the magazine edges, the front of the handguard and the corners of the stock. The white panels stay mostly intact, and the orange bands and black triangles are clear. At normal in-game distance the rifle looks close to the clean version, especially at the low end of the range. Copies near the top of the range show more grey on the magazine.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.18–0.38

The float of Souvenir M4A4 | Asiimov ranges from 0.18 to 1; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.18–0.38 — 24% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Orange, black and white stickers match the scheme best, as do holo or foil stickers in those tones. Placements on the white handguard and receiver panels stand out most clearly on cleaner copies. On darker Battle-Scarred copies, bright orange or white stickers keep contrast.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since low and high copies of the same grade look different on the white panels.
• Inspect the magazine and the handguard first, as the white paint wears there before anywhere else.
• Look at applied stickers and the name tag, which affect how the rifle reads and may not suit your taste.
• Decide whether you want the StatTrak™ version, as it is a separate listing from the regular one.

Who should buy Field-Tested

• Players who want the cleanest available version with the white panels largely intact.
• Sticker crafters who need a light background for orange or black stickers.
• The choice for anyone who wants the design as it was meant to look.
