Show allAllSkin overview
Field-Tested Buzz Kill still shows its yellow-and-green identity clearly, but the edges start to lose paint and the thin trim lines look less crisp. From the usual first-person view the orange receiver and handguard dominate, so the rifle keeps its bright character.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The receiver and upper rail are painted amber-orange with black hardware, small markings on the lower receiver and thin yellow lines tracing the panel edges. The handguard carries a row of dark segmented plates outlined in bright yellow, and the muzzle device is black and gold with a yellow ring.
Scuffs become visible on the muzzle, the handguard edges, the top rail and the lower edge of the magazine. The thin yellow trim starts to break up in places, while the receiver and stock panels keep most of their colour. In first-person view the wear shows mainly at the front of the rifle. The orange body still carries the overall look.
Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir M4A4 | Buzz Kill is 0–0.7; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (33% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Glove Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Glove Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Black, gold and yellow stickers blend with the amber body, while olive or dark green ones echo the grip and magazine. Placements on the receiver and above the magazine well keep the handguard pattern visible.
What to check before buying
- Look at the float position within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end keep the yellow trim noticeably better.
- Check the muzzle, handguard edges and top rail on inspect, as these parts lose paint first.
- Review applied stickers and their scrape level, because they change how the orange receiver reads.
- Note whether the copy has a StatTrak™ counter or a name tag if either matters to you.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Everyday players who want the bright CT rifle at a moderate price.
- Buyers who do not mind wear on the front of the rifle.
- Conclusion: a sensible middle option that keeps the colour scheme readable.
