This hydrographic M4A4 pairs a desert camo body with plain brown furniture, and in Well-Worn the contrast shifts toward bare metal. Large areas of the magazine and receiver lose paint, and the white blotches break into fragments. The result reads as a heavily used field rifle with the colour scheme still recognisable.

The magazine loses large patches of paint and the receiver edges show bare steel. The white blotches break up and the handguard ribs show clear wear. In game the rifle looks noticeably worn, with metal mixing into the camo. The stock keeps most of its brown colour.
