Skin overview

M4A4 | Etch Lord is a Gunsmith finish that makes the rifle look like engraved metal, with a fine etched ornament on the receiver and warm bronze tones over dark gunmetal. In Factory New the engraving is sharp and the metallic sheen is even from muzzle to stock. This is the grade where the thin lines of the etching read most clearly.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Appearance in Factory New

The finish covers the barrel, front sight and receiver in dark gunmetal with warm bronze and brown tones. The main detail is a fine etched ornament on the receiver sides around the magazine well and above the trigger, drawn in thin dark lines on the metal.

The coating is intact across the whole rifle, including the muzzle and sight edges. The etched ornament on the receiver has crisp, continuous lines. The bronze sheen on the metal is even, and the grey-olive handguard and grip look fresh. In game the rifle reads as clean, dark engraved metal.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07
