Souvenir M4A4 | Sheet Lightning (Factory New)

Skin overview

M4A4 | Sheet Lightning pairs a charcoal base with bright gold parts and thin gold lightning streaks sprayed across the receiver and stock. In Factory New the gold on the carry handle, magazine and grip is even and saturated, and the dark areas stay deep, so the contrast between the two colours is at its strongest. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the finish exactly as it was designed.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Well-Worn.

Appearance in Factory New

The carry handle, front sight, rear sight, handguard end caps, magazine and pistol grip are painted a warm gold. The handguard, receiver and stock are charcoal grey, with thin gold lightning streaks sprayed over the receiver and faint streaks running along the stock.

The paint is intact on every part, and the gold has an even tone from the carry handle to the base of the magazine. The lightning streaks on the receiver have crisp edges. In game the rifle looks clean and bright, with a sharp line between gold and charcoal.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, black and dark grey stickers match the scheme, especially holo or foil gold placed on the charcoal receiver. Bright colours such as blue or green clash with the warm gold and are best avoided.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the gold parts show scratches much earlier than the dark body.
• Look at the carry handle, front sight and magazine base on the inspect screen, as these show wear first.
• Make sure the lightning streaks on the receiver are still visible if they matter to you on worn copies.
• Check any applied stickers and name tag, and look for souvenir status if you prefer that variant.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the gold at full saturation.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean base for gold or black stickers.
• The choice for those who want the finish without compromise.
