Souvenir M4A4 | Sheet Lightning (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

In Field-Tested the gold-and-charcoal rifle starts to look used: scuffs appear on the magazine, carry handle and front sight, and the lightning streaks lose some sharpness. The overall colour split stays clear, so in game the skin is still easy to recognise. For many buyers this grade balances look and cost well.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The carry handle, front sight, rear sight, handguard end caps, magazine and pistol grip are painted a warm gold. The handguard, receiver and stock are charcoal grey, with thin gold lightning streaks sprayed over the receiver and faint streaks running along the stock.

Scratches spread across the gold carry handle, front sight and magazine, and the grip edges start to show small chips. The lightning streaks on the receiver lose some definition, while the charcoal areas show only light scuffing. In game the rifle reads as clearly used, but the colour scheme stays intact.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Gold, black and dark grey stickers match the scheme, especially holo or foil gold placed on the charcoal receiver. Bright colours such as blue or green clash with the warm gold and are best avoided.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the gold parts show scratches much earlier than the dark body.
• Look at the carry handle, front sight and magazine base on the inspect screen, as these show wear first.
• Make sure the lightning streaks on the receiver are still visible if they matter to you on worn copies.
• Check any applied stickers and name tag, and look for souvenir status if you prefer that variant.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Players who want the gold-and-charcoal look for regular games.
• Buyers who accept visible scuffs on the gold parts.
• A balanced everyday pick.
