Show allAllSkin overview
In Field-Tested, Oceanic keeps its contrast of blue on black, while the edges of the receiver start to show bare metal. The worn corners give the gun a used, practical look without breaking up the pattern on the flat sides. This is the most balanced way to get the colour scheme in hand.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The finish covers the upper receiver, the barrel area and the top of the gun with a black base and bright blue organic shapes in a couple of shades. The lower receiver, grip, trigger guard, magazine and folded wire stock stay in plain grey metal, and the sling is a light khaki strap.
Bare metal shows clearly on the front edge of the receiver, the top corners and the sight. Small scuffs can appear along the edges of the ejection area. At normal distance the blue-on-black pattern still dominates. The middle of the receiver sides stays mostly clean.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir MAC-10 | Oceanic is 0–0.6; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (38% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Spectrum 2 Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Spectrum 2 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Blue, teal, white and holo or foil stickers in cool tones blend with the pattern for a single-colour craft. Black or silver stickers work well if you want them to sit quietly on the busy receiver. Warm colours such as orange or gold stand out strongly against the blue and suit a deliberate contrast.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since edge wear on the receiver grows noticeably inside each grade.
- Look at the front edge of the receiver and the sight on inspect, as these lose coating first.
- Compare how the blue shapes fall on the side of the receiver, because their placement differs between copies.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, and whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir if that matters to you.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want the blue pattern for everyday use without overpaying.
- Those who like a slightly worn edge on a compact SMG.
- Conclusion: the most balanced choice for play.
