Souvenir MAC-10 | Stalker (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The Stalker finish turns the boxy MAC-10 into a bright piece of street art, with a blue cat, black and yellow stripes and a spotted orange background. At Minimal Wear the colours stay saturated and any marks are limited to tiny spots on the sharpest edges. In hand it looks practically the same as the cleanest grade.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver is painted in orange and yellow with dense dark spots and curved neon blue stripes running along the side, and a stylised blue cat with pink details sits towards the rear, next to magenta lettering. The barrel shroud, sights and top rail stay dark, which frames the bright artwork.

Small specks of wear may appear on the sharpest edges of the receiver and at the bottom of the magazine. They are hard to notice without inspecting the gun closely. The cat image, lettering and stripes remain fully intact. At normal distance in game the skin looks the same as Factory New.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in blue, yellow or black follow the colour scheme of the finish and blend with the stripes. Holo or neon blue stickers placed on the receiver away from the cat drawing keep the main image visible. Pink or magenta accents can echo the details of the cat and the lettering.

What to look at before you buy

• Look at where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in a worn grade can keep the cat image much cleaner.
• Inspect the cat drawing on the side of the receiver, as it is the focal point of the artwork.
• Check the edges of the receiver and the magazine, which are the first places where paint wears off.
• Note any stickers or name tag already applied and whether they suit your plans for the skin.
