Show allAllSkin overview
Tatter combines a red, shredded front with a dark grey-green body and red angular details on the grip. The skin's float range ends early, so Battle-Scarred here is noticeably less damaged than on many other finishes: the colour zones remain readable. It is the cheapest way to get the full design with a rough, worn texture.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The barrel, front of the receiver and the trigger guard are painted coral-red, and the red breaks into torn, flame-like fragments as it runs back over the dark olive-grey receiver. A scatter of small red pixels sits at the rear top of the body, while two long cream stripes run along the side of the receiver.
All the edge areas are heavily scuffed, and the red front and cream stripes show worn patches. Because the float range ends early, the damage is limited compared with skins that wear further. In game the design still reads as a red front over a dark body. The flat central areas of the receiver and grip remain the cleanest parts.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.5
The float of Souvenir MAC-10 | Tatter ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.5 — 10% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir MAC-10 | Tatter belongs to The Huntsman Collection, which holds 20 skins.
It drops from Huntsman Weapon Case (on sale since Jun 11, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Red, white and cream stickers continue the palette, while black or dark olive ones blend into the rear of the receiver. Placing stickers on the grey part of the body keeps the torn red front visible.
What to check before buying
- Look at the float position within the wear range, since copies near the lower end of a grade look noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the barrel tip, trigger guard and magazine base, as these show wear first.
- Check the cream stripes on the receiver, because scuffs there are visible in first-person view.
- Note applied stickers and name tags, as they change the look and do not always add value.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Budget entry for players who want this design at the lowest cost.
- Buyers who know the limited float range keeps the wear moderate.
- The cheapest grade that still shows the pattern clearly.
