Skin overview

MAC-10 | Tatter splits the gun into two zones: a coral-red front that breaks up into torn, flame-like fragments over a dark olive-grey body. In Factory New the red reads saturated and the edges of each shred stay crisp. The cream stripes on the receiver and the red accents on the grip look sharp from every angle.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The barrel, front of the receiver and the trigger guard are painted coral-red, and the red breaks into torn, flame-like fragments as it runs back over the dark olive-grey receiver. A scatter of small red pixels sits at the rear top of the body, while two long cream stripes run along the side of the receiver.

Every part of the finish is intact, from the barrel tip to the base of the magazine. The torn red edges keep their sharp outline and the cream stripes look clean. In game the red front stands out clearly against the olive body. Nothing is rubbed off on the edges or the trigger guard.

The float of Souvenir MAC-10 | Tatter ranges from 0 to 0.5; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 14% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, white and cream stickers continue the palette, while black or dark olive ones blend into the rear of the receiver. Placing stickers on the grey part of the body keeps the torn red front visible.

What to check before buying

• Look at the float position within the wear range, since copies near the lower end of a grade look noticeably cleaner.
• Inspect the barrel tip, trigger guard and magazine base, as these show wear first.
• Check the cream stripes on the receiver, because scuffs there are visible in first-person view.
• Note applied stickers and name tags, as they change the look and do not always add value.
