Skin overview

Toybox is built on a crowded sticker-bomb look, so the MAC-10 reads as a loud mix of teal, pink, orange and green doodles from any angle. In Minimal Wear that density works in the buyer's favour: the few light marks that appear tend to vanish among the drawings. It gives practically the same colourful impression as the cleanest grade at a lower position in the wear scale.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver is covered edge to edge with overlapping cartoon drawings in teal, orange, pink, green and white, with small figures and symbols packed tightly like a sticker bomb. The barrel shroud continues the collage, while the muzzle tip and the trigger guard area are picked out in a warm gold-orange tone.

Light marks may appear on the sharpest edges, such as the top of the receiver and the muzzle end. Because the pattern is so busy, these small marks are hard to spot in first-person view at normal distance. The drawings on the sides of the receiver, the grip and the magazine still look clean and fully coloured.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir MAC-10 | Toybox ranges from 0 to 1; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 8% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir MAC-10 | Toybox belongs to The Operation Riptide Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Operation Riptide Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Since the finish is already a dense collage, stickers in the same cartoon or doodle style blend in naturally, especially in teal, pink or orange tones. Holo or plain white stickers placed on the receiver side stand out without clashing with the artwork, while a few small stickers usually work better than a heavy stack.

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at the float position within the chosen wear, since a low float in a grade keeps the top edges of the receiver noticeably cleaner.
  • Check the top of the receiver and the muzzle end first, because these parts lose paint before the rest of the weapon.
  • Inspect the magazine corners and grip edges on worn copies to see how much of the artwork is still in place.
  • Check for applied stickers, a name tag and whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir, as these change the look and the value of the item.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want a near-pristine look while saving compared to the top grade.
  • Buyers who use the MAC-10 often and want the artwork to look fresh in first-person view.
  • Conclusion: almost the same visual result with a sensible compromise.
