Skin overview

This version keeps the full red ring pattern on the grey body, and any marks are small enough to stay hidden in normal play. The red still stands out against the metal, and the receiver details stay readable. It costs less than Factory New and looks almost the same from the first-person view.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The base of the finish is a grey, slightly textured gunmetal that covers the receiver, the front foregrip, the pistol grip and the magazine. On the side of the receiver, concentric rings radiate from the round bolt above the trigger, drawn in dark grey with red bands that run forward along the body and up to the top rail.

Light scuffs may appear on the tip of the barrel shroud and the corners of the top rail. The red bands on the receiver and the rings around the bolt remain complete. At normal distance in game the skin is hard to tell apart from Factory New. The grip and magazine look clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir MAG-7 | MAGnitude is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

The skin’s collection is The Genesis Collection with 17 skins in total.

It drops from Sealed Genesis Terminal.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Red, black and silver stickers match the shockwave motif and the grey metal. Placements on the side of the receiver should avoid covering the rings around the bolt, so the grip area or the front of the body works better.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since the red on the barrel shroud and top rail is the first to go.
• Look at the rings around the bolt on the receiver, as they carry the main idea of the skin.
• Inspect the edges of the receiver and the front of the foregrip on worn copies.
• Check any applied stickers and name tag to make sure they fit the red and grey scheme.
