Show allAllSkin overview
On this MP5-SD the patchwork of white wraps, yellow caps and a striped magazine is already a rough look, and Well-Worn pushes it further. The yellow accents and printed details are visibly rubbed, and the metal body shows more bare patches. For many players this weathered state fits the makeshift idea of the finish quite well.
Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The suppressor is black with wide white wraps carrying black lettering, finished with a yellow muzzle cap and yellow bands at its base. The receiver is dark blue-grey metal with brownish, rust-like tones on the trigger group and lower parts.
Well-Worn takes much of the yellow off the caps and bands, wears into the red magazine band and fades the lettering on the suppressor wraps. The receiver top and grip edges show bare metal patches. The black-and-white contrast still carries the look in game.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir MP5-SD | Kitbash is 0–0.8; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (9% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Fracture Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Fracture Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Black, white and yellow stickers blend naturally with the taped-together theme, and a touch of red echoes the magazine band. Placements on the receiver side and near the magazine well suit the patchwork look best.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within its grade, since the yellow caps show the difference between low and high floats first.
- Look at the magazine edges and the red band near its bottom, which are the most visible worn areas in the first-person view.
- Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change the look of this busy, patchwork design.
- Compare the inspect view of the suppressor wraps to make sure the lettering is as legible as you want.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who want the design at a lower cost.
- Players who prefer a weathered, used-tool look.
- A fair compromise if a rough appearance does not bother you.
