Show allAllSkin overview
Airlock pairs a pale technical finish with a red magazine and small red details on the receiver and grip. In Field-Tested the light paint starts to show grey scuffs on edges and raised parts, which gives the panels a used, hangar-worn feel. The red magazine still stands out clearly in the hands.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The receiver and barrel shroud are painted off-white and covered with thin grey panel lines, small hatches, technical labels and a few red letter markings that suggest the hull of a spacecraft. The front grip and pistol grip continue the cream finish, with small red dots on the front grip and black-and-white hazard stripes near the base of the pistol grip.
Grey scuffs become visible along the receiver edges, the top rail and the edges of both grips, and the magazine base shows wear. Some of the finer line work starts to blur where the paint is rubbed. In game the weapon still reads as white and red, with a slightly dirty tone on the light parts. The flat side panels and most of the magazine stay largely intact.
Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of Souvenir MP9 | Airlock is 0–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (23% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Gamma 2 Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is Gamma 2 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Red, white and black stickers continue the skin's colour scheme and the technical, hazard-marking style. Small, clean designs placed on the flat receiver panels keep the line work readable, while busy multicoloured stickers tend to clash with the minimal palette.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the light paint makes every step of wear easy to see.
- Inspect the receiver edges, top rail and grip edges, which are the first places to scuff on this skin.
- Look at the magazine base and edges to see how much of the red finish is intact.
- Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they stand out strongly against the pale body.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who want the white-and-red scheme for everyday matches.
- Buyers who like a slightly used, workshop feel on a clean design.
- A practical middle option where the design is still clearly readable.
