Souvenir MP9 | Army Sheen (Factory New)

Skin overview

MP9 | Army Sheen covers the SMG in a metallic foil stamped with a dark green camouflage pattern. In Factory New the foil keeps its full sheen, so the olive and black patches catch the light evenly across the receiver, grips and magazine.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, top rail and barrel shroud are wrapped in a metallic foil with a mottled camouflage of dark green, olive and near-black patches. The same pattern continues onto the foregrip, pistol grip and magazine, giving the polymer parts a faint metallic sheen.

The foil is intact on every part, and the camo patches have crisp borders. The metallic sheen is uniform from the muzzle to the magazine base. In game the gun reads as a smooth dark green shape with a soft glint. Edges and grip ribs show no exposed metal.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The float of Souvenir MP9 | Army Sheen ranges from 0 to 0.3; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 23% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Control Collection with 19 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Price by quality

Compared with the Factory New quality, the others go like this: Field-Tested — 17× cheaper. Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.

Among 10 skins of the MP9 in the Consumer Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Muted olive, black, gold or metallic stickers fit the military camo without breaking it up. Placing them on the side of the receiver keeps the look tidy, while one bright accent can stand out against the dark base.

What to check before buying

• Compare the float within the grade, since the capped range keeps Field-Tested close to Minimal Wear.
• Inspect the muzzle end and top rail, where the foil wears off first.
• Check the grip ribs and magazine edges for exposed light metal.
• For souvenir copies, look at the condition and placement of the pre-applied stickers.

Who should buy Factory New

• Collectors who want the foil with its full, even sheen.
• Players building a dark green or military-themed inventory.
• Conclusion: the cleanest version of a calm camo finish.
