Skin overview

Battle-Scarred Hydra keeps its acid-green and black scheme only in part: wide areas of the paint are rubbed away, especially on the edges, top surfaces and magazine. The coils become broken fragments over a darker surface. Copies differ a lot within this grade, so the cleaner ones still show plenty of green.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver is painted bright acid green with dark streaks, and thick black serpentine coils wrap over its top and sides toward the muzzle. The pistol grip shows a green scaled texture fading into dark grey, while the front grip is mostly dark with green patches.

Heavy wear covers the edges, the top surface, the magazine and the grips, leaving the coils as broken fragments. Large dark areas replace the green on the most exposed parts. Depending on float, some green may remain on the receiver sides. In game the skin looks rough and patchy, with the bright green showing only in spots.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in green, black or dark holo tones blend with the acid green and the black coils. Placements on the side of the receiver work best when they do not cover the coils, while a single bright accent can contrast well against the green.
