Show allAllSkin overview
The green body, black coils and scaled grip are still there, but in Well-Worn the paint is visibly thinned along edges, the top of the receiver and the magazine. Patches of the darker base show through and the finish takes on a used, weathered character. It is a way to get the recognisable silhouette without paying for clean paint.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The receiver is painted bright acid green with dark streaks, and thick black serpentine coils wrap over its top and sides toward the muzzle. The pistol grip shows a green scaled texture fading into dark grey, while the front grip is mostly dark with green patches.
The magazine and receiver edges lose large parts of the green, and the top of the weapon shows clear patches of the dark base. The grips are noticeably rubbed on their front faces, softening the scaled texture. The sides of the receiver keep more paint than the edges. In game it looks dull and weathered, though the colour scheme is still recognisable.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir MP9 | Hydra ranges from 0 to 1; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 7% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The CS20 Collection with 17 skins in total.
The source is CS20 Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in green, black or dark holo tones blend with the acid green and the black coils. Placements on the side of the receiver work best when they do not cover the coils, while a single bright accent can contrast well against the green.
What to look at before you buy
- Check the float position within the wear range, since the edges and magazine show the difference first.
- Look at the magazine and the top of the receiver on the inspect screen, where the green wears off earliest.
- On worn grades compare several copies, as the amount of remaining green varies widely.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, and whether they match the green-and-black scheme.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who want the Hydra silhouette at a lower entry point.
- Players who like a weathered, used finish.
- A choice for those who value the design over clean paint.
