Skin overview

This MP9 reads as an industrial, almost machine-labelled design: orange panels, dark striping and a bold 01 on the side. In Minimal Wear the scheme looks practically the same as a fresh copy, with only small specks on the outer edges. It is the grade for buyers who want the clean look and do not need a perfect surface.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver is painted orange with dark horizontal stripes and a grey-black top section, and its side carries a dark panel with a white 01 and small markings. The front of the gun, including the foregrip, follows the same orange base with black ribbed striping, while the muzzle stays dark.

Tiny specks of missing paint may appear on the muzzle end, the top edge of the receiver or the base of the magazine. They are small and mostly visible only on close inspection. The 01, the striping and the magazine text stay clean. In game this grade looks almost identical to Factory New.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir MP9 | Modest Threat ranges from 0 to 0.75; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 11% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Black, white, grey or orange stickers continue the industrial look of the finish. Placing them on the receiver away from the 01 panel keeps the main marking visible, and small technical or text-style stickers fit the existing markings well.
