Show allAllSkin overview
MP9 | Stained Glass covers the SMG in a mosaic of blue glass shards separated by dark lines, with a red tint on the front grip. In Factory New the anodized blue is at its deepest and the dark leading between the pieces stays crisp. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the window effect exactly as designed.
Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Factory New
The receiver, both grips and the area around the barrel are covered in a mosaic of blue glass shards in several shades, outlined by dark lines like the leading in a church window. The front vertical grip carries a red and purple tint that breaks up the blue, and the grip ribs show lighter silver accents.
The blue shards and the dark lines between them are fully intact on the receiver and both grips. The red tint on the front grip is clean and saturated. The top rail and sharp edges show no chipping. In game the mosaic reads clearly even at normal distance.
Factory New wear: float 0–0.07
The whole float range of Souvenir MP9 | Stained Glass is 0–0.5; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (14% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir MP9 | Stained Glass belongs to The Canals Collection, which holds 18 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Blue, holographic and red stickers echo the glass shards and the tinted front grip. Placing them on the receiver side keeps the mosaic on the grips visible. Silver or foil stickers match the chipped metal on worn copies.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end of a grade show fewer silver chips.
- Inspect the top rail, muzzle end and grip ribs, as these parts lose colour first.
- For a Souvenir copy, look at which stickers are applied and how they sit on the receiver.
- Look for a name tag if you want a specific display name or a clean listing without one.
Who the Factory New quality suits
- Collectors who want the stained-glass pattern without any chips.
- Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a blue or red theme.
- Conclusion: the grade for those who value a perfect finish.
