Negev | Terrain mixes bright turquoise with dark earth tones in a rough, streaked camouflage. In Field-Tested the paint begins to thin on edges and raised details, and patches of bare metal blend into the dark bands. Because the pattern is already irregular, this wear still looks coherent at normal distance.
Item type: machinegun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The finish covers the Negev in alternating streaks of turquoise and dark grey-brown that follow the length of the gun like layers of ground. The receiver and barrel shroud carry the densest mix of both colours, while the front of the barrel and the muzzle stay mostly dark with turquoise patches.
Paint loss spreads along the receiver edges, the carry handle, the foregrip and the magazine rims, showing grey metal underneath. The turquoise on the shroud starts to look slightly patchy. In game the dark streaks hide much of this, so the pattern still reads as intended. The centre of the magazine and the flat sides of the receiver mostly keep their colour.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The float of Souvenir Negev | Terrain ranges from 0 to 0.45; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 51% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir Negev | Terrain belongs to The Phoenix Collection, which holds 13 skins.
The source is Operation Phoenix Weapon Case (on sale since Feb 19, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Teal, green and dark grey stickers blend with the terrain streaks, while gold or white accents stand out against them. The flat sides of the receiver and the magazine give the most visible placements.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within its wear, since edges and the muzzle show the difference first.
- Look at the foregrip and magazine rims, which lose paint earlier than the rest of the gun.
- Remember the float range ends at Well-Worn, so this is the most worn look available.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, and whether you want a StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Players who want the pattern in game and accept visible edge wear.
- Budget buyers, as the irregular streaks hide much of the damage.
- A practical everyday choice for the Negev.
