Show allAllSkin overview
This Negev carries a turquoise and grey terrain pattern laid in uneven, streaky bands over the whole weapon. At Minimal Wear the colours still read as fresh, and any scuffs are limited to small spots on the outermost edges. It keeps nearly the full look of the cleanest grade without being the top of the float range.
Item type: machinegun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The finish covers the Negev in alternating streaks of turquoise and dark grey-brown that follow the length of the gun like layers of ground. The receiver and barrel shroud carry the densest mix of both colours, while the front of the barrel and the muzzle stay mostly dark with turquoise patches.
Light scuffs may appear on the muzzle tip and the sharpest edges of the receiver. The large painted surfaces of the magazine and shroud remain clean. At normal distance in game it is hard to tell apart from Factory New. Colour saturation is essentially unchanged.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir Negev | Terrain ranges from 0 to 0.45; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 18% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir Negev | Terrain belongs to The Phoenix Collection, which holds 13 skins.
It drops from Operation Phoenix Weapon Case (on sale since Feb 19, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Teal, green and dark grey stickers blend with the terrain streaks, while gold or white accents stand out against them. The flat sides of the receiver and the magazine give the most visible placements.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within its wear, since edges and the muzzle show the difference first.
- Look at the foregrip and magazine rims, which lose paint earlier than the rest of the gun.
- Remember the float range ends at Well-Worn, so this is the most worn look available.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, and whether you want a StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want an almost clean look without chasing the top grade.
- Crafters fine with tiny edge scuffs.
- A sensible balance between appearance and condition.
