Moon in Libra covers the Nova in navy blue with a zodiac-themed hydrographic and pale ribbing on the grips. Because the skin's float range stops short of the heaviest wear, Battle-Scarred copies look rougher than other grades but avoid the stripped-down look seen on many skins. It is the most economical way to get the colour scheme.

The barrel, muzzle and pump show heavy scratching, and the ribbing becomes patchy. Edges of the receiver and stock are worn through in several places. Because the float range ends below the harshest values, the navy base remains visible over a good share of the weapon. In game it reads as a worn dark blue shotgun rather than bare metal.
