Skin overview

Moon in Libra is a calm, single-tone finish: navy blue over the whole Nova with a fine zodiac print that reads more as texture than as a picture. In Field-Tested the edges and raised parts start to show grey metal, which fits the dark scheme without breaking it. For everyday play this grade keeps the colour clearly recognisable.

Item type: shotgun. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver and stock are covered in a deep navy blue with small darker zodiac symbols scattered across the surface. The pump and the grip area of the stock carry fine ribbing picked out in pale blue lines, which gives the dark finish some contrast.

Grey metal shows on the muzzle, the edges of the receiver and the tops of the pump ribs. The bottom edge of the stock picks up light scratches. In game the weapon still reads as dark blue, with wear visible mainly in the inspect screen. The flat surfaces of the receiver and stock keep most of the zodiac print.
