Skin overview

This Nova is defined by its dark blue coat and zodiac symbols, a scheme that tolerates wear better than bright finishes. Well-Worn copies show noticeable scuffing on the pump ribs, barrel and stock edges, and the small symbols lose some definition. The navy base still dominates, so the skin stays readable as Moon in Libra.

Item type: shotgun. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The receiver and stock are covered in a deep navy blue with small darker zodiac symbols scattered across the surface. The pump and the grip area of the stock carry fine ribbing picked out in pale blue lines, which gives the dark finish some contrast.

Scuffing spreads along the barrel and across the pump, where the ribs lose much of their pale lines. The stock edges and the receiver corners show clear patches of metal. The zodiac symbols blur into the base and are harder to make out. The central areas of the receiver and stock still hold the navy colour.

Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir Nova | Moon in Libra is 0–0.5; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (14% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Gods and Monsters Collection with 14 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

Among 8 skins of the Nova in the Consumer Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Silver, white and pale blue stickers echo the ribbing and the cool tone of the finish. Gold or holographic stickers on the receiver add contrast to the navy base and fit the night-sky mood of the zodiac motif.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in Field-Tested or Well-Worn keeps the pump ribs noticeably cleaner.
  • Inspect the muzzle, pump ribs and stock edges, as these show wear first on this finish.
  • Souvenir copies come with pre-applied stickers, so decide whether they suit the dark blue scheme before buying.
  • The pattern is a fine scattered print, so pattern placement rarely changes the look in a meaningful way.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Budget players who mainly see the colour from the first-person view.
  • Those who like a used, worn-in look on a dark finish.
  • A cheap way to keep the navy tone in the loadout.
