Skin overview

Nova | Tempest wraps the shotgun in deep navy blue with pale, swirling lines of waves and clouds. In Factory New the linework stays crisp against the dark base, so the stormy pattern on the stock and receiver reads clearly. This skin's floor sits at the top of the Factory New grade, so even the best copies are just inside it rather than perfectly pristine.

Item type: shotgun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear and Field-Tested. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The Nova is coated in a dark navy hydrographic finish, with pale grey-blue swirling lines forming waves and curling clouds. The pattern is most visible on the receiver and the stock, where the light linework stands out against the deep blue base.

Factory New copies of the Tempest sit right at the edge of the grade, so the finish is clean but not flawless under close inspection. The wave lines on the stock and receiver are sharp, and the barrel texture looks even. In game at normal distance the skin reads as fully clean. The muzzle and pump ribs are intact.
