Skin overview

The skin is easy to recognise by its red stripes on the rear of the slide and the honeycomb-like grip. Minimal Wear may show a few faint marks on the muzzle and slide edges, which are hard to spot in first person. It keeps nearly the full look of the cleanest grade at a more modest entry point.

Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The slide is finished in dark gunmetal with a polished silver front around the muzzle, thin red engraved lettering along its side and a block of red vertical stripes at the rear. The frame continues the dark metal tone, with red outlines running along its lower edge, a red trigger and red lining inside the trigger guard.

Light scuffs may appear on the muzzle and the top edges of the slide. The red stripes, the trigger and the grip pattern remain clean. At normal viewing distance it is very hard to tell apart from Factory New.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir P250 | Cyber Shell ranges from 0 to 0.85; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 9% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Snakebite Collection with 17 skins in total.

It drops from Snakebite Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Red, black and silver stickers fit the skin's palette best, especially when placed on the slide away from the red rear stripes. Holo or foil stickers in cool steel tones work well with the metallic finish.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since lower values keep the red slide stripes and lettering cleaner.
  • Look at the muzzle, the slide edges and the trigger guard, as these are the first places to lose paint.
  • Inspect the copy in game or on a full preview to see how intact the red outlines on the frame and grip are.
  • Check applied stickers and the name tag, since they change the look of the slide.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

  • Players who want an almost factory look without paying for the cleanest grade.
  • Sticker crafters who accept small marks that are barely visible in game.
  • In short: near-perfect appearance with a sensible saving.
