Show allAllSkin overview
This P250 finish relies on a dark frame, red trim and a hexagon grip rather than a bright pattern. Well-Worn copies show noticeable bare metal along the slide, muzzle and frame edges, and the red lines look broken in places. It suits players who like a rugged pistol and do not need a pristine finish.
Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The slide is finished in dark gunmetal with a polished silver front around the muzzle, thin red engraved lettering along its side and a block of red vertical stripes at the rear. The frame continues the dark metal tone, with red outlines running along its lower edge, a red trigger and red lining inside the trigger guard.
Bare metal shows clearly along the slide, the frame edges and the bottom of the grip. The red lettering and outlines are broken in several places, and the rear stripes begin to fade. The hex texture in the centre of the grip keeps most of its look.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir P250 | Cyber Shell ranges from 0 to 0.85; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 8% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

The source is Snakebite Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Red, black and silver stickers fit the skin's palette best, especially when placed on the slide away from the red rear stripes. Holo or foil stickers in cool steel tones work well with the metallic finish.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since lower values keep the red slide stripes and lettering cleaner.
- Look at the muzzle, the slide edges and the trigger guard, as these are the first places to lose paint.
- Inspect the copy in game or on a full preview to see how intact the red outlines on the frame and grip are.
- Check applied stickers and the name tag, since they change the look of the slide.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Budget buyers who want the skin's colour scheme at a lower entry point.
- Players who prefer a rugged, worn pistol in their loadout.
- In short: an affordable way to own the design with visible character.
